We must communicate with YOU before your non-preferred dealer contacts us with an FFL request. Ignoring this may cause a significant delay.

If you choose a non-preferred dealer, be sure they

  • do not treat your shipment as a transfer or log your firearm in the A&D Book
  • they clearly confirm by email that they will NOT treat your shipment as a transfer and will NOT enter it in the A&D Book (a simple statement of understanding the process is not good enough).
  • they email us a PDF or JPEG copy of their FFL. “In the box” doesn’t work for our operation. If labeled correctly, we cannot legally open your package, which we must clear before releasing it.
  • we will then return-send a copy of our FFL and receive or complete your shipment
